Return Eligibility

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Order ID or invoice is mandatory for all return requests

- Dairy products, frozen items, and bakery goods
- Opened or used food items
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
